The two current modes are reasonably similar, both emphasising the team-based, tactical push-and-pull of a modern military shooter. But overall, this feels like a game that still has some important lessons it needs to learn from the beta.Īs a core experience, Ghost Recon Online only offers two game modes across four maps - although it costs you nothing to play them and more content will presumably be added as the game evolves in future. What would have been vanilla cover-based action is given extra spice with some great futuristic equipment and abilities that injects an extra element to the fighting and also accentuates the three different classes.
